Food Allergy Symptoms and Treatment
Today more people are suffering from a
food allergy
than ever before. We are eating food that is not in a "natural" state and may contain chemical fertilizers and pesticides, additives and preservatives, artificial colorings and chemical additives and a vast array of prepackaged and frozen foods.
Our bodies can only handle a certain amount of toxins before we get overloaded and become ill - with a food allergy being the body's way of asking for help. If we ignore the signs and keep on consuming toxins and other elements that do not agree with us we become more and more ill.
Do you suffer from any of the following
symptoms
?
- Headaches and migraines
- Abdominal bloating or cramps
- Frequent diarrhoea or constipation
- Eczema or other skin problems
- Painful swelling of joints
- Unexplained mood swings
- Depression or anxiety
- Swollen hands, ankles, feet, eyes, face
- Unexplained weight gain or loss
- Catarrh, sinus congestion, runny nose
- Constant fatigue
These are some of the most
common symptoms
related to a food allergy and the difference between feeling good and free of these symptoms and feeling bad and suffering could be as simple as removing a few foods from your
daily diet
.
